    We use PBT Couriers and GoSweetSpot for our courier needs. We use PBT Freight and Bascik transport for larger items. Charges are based on volumetric weight and are calculated at checkout.


    Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Expected delivery within Auckland is 2-3 days, for national delivery allow up to 7 days. All orders are dispatched from the Outdoor Concepts, Auckland branch in Parnell. 


    For international couriers and freight please contact us for a quote and estimated delivery time. We normally use NZ Post for international couriers and freight.
