We recommend getting started with at least a pizza oven cover, a pizza peel, stone and fuel (check what is included in your box).

Some things that will come in handy too are a turning peel, a dual scale for the perfect pizza dough and infrared thermometer.

If you’re planning to use your oven for more than pizzas, we highly recommend cast iron cookware and heat resistant gloves for protection. If you’re going for the full experience, we have a big range of accessories like tables, topping stations, rocker cutter blades and recipe books.

Choosing between a wood-fired and a gas-fired pizza oven depends on your personal preferences, cooking style, and practical considerations. Here are some factors to consider for each type:

    Wood-Fired Pizza Oven:

    1. Flavour: Wood-fired ovens impart a unique, smoky flavour to your pizzas and other dishes. The high temperature and wood combustion create a distinctive taste that many pizza enthusiasts love.
    2. Authenticity: Traditional Italian pizza is cooked in wood-fired ovens, so if you're aiming for an authentic pizza experience, a wood-fired oven might be the way to go.
    3. Aesthetics: Wood-fired ovens often have a rustic, charming appearance that can enhance the overall ambiance of your outdoor cooking area or backyard.
    4. Heat Retention: Wood-fired ovens can reach extremely high temperatures, making them versatile for cooking a variety of foods beyond pizza, such as bread, roasted meats, and vegetables.
    5. Learning Curve: Cooking with a wood-fired oven can be a skill to master. It requires attention to fire management, temperature control, and timing. However, many enthusiasts find the learning process enjoyable and rewarding.

    Gas Pizza Oven:

    1. Convenience: Gas pizza ovens are generally easier to use and control. You can adjust the temperature quickly, and they are ready to cook in a shorter amount of time compared to wood-fired ovens.
    2. Consistent Heat: Gas ovens provide a consistent and even heat source, making it easier to achieve consistent results with your pizzas.
    3. Cleaner and More Efficient: Gas ovens are typically cleaner and produce fewer emissions than wood-fired ovens. They also require less maintenance, as you don't have to deal with wood and ashes.
    4. Versatility: Gas pizza ovens can be used for various types of cooking, including baking, roasting, and grilling. They are not limited to just pizza.
    5. Cost: Gas ovens may have a lower initial cost and lower ongoing fuel expenses compared to wood-fired ovens, which require a constant supply of wood.

    Electric Pizza Oven

    1. Efficiency: Electric pizza ovens offer consistent and precise temperature control, ensuring that your pizzas cook evenly every time. This reliability is valuable for both amateur home cooks and professional pizzerias, allowing for consistent results.
    2. Convenience:Electric pizza ovens are easy to use and require minimal maintenance. You don't need to worry about sourcing and storing wood or managing a fire, making them a hassle-free option for pizza enthusiasts.
    3. Versatility: Electric pizza ovens are not limited to pizzas; they can cook a variety of dishes, from baked goods like bread and pastries to roasted meats and vegetables. Their versatility makes them a practical addition to any kitchen.
    4. Space-Saving:Electric pizza ovens come in various sizes, including countertop models, making them suitable for kitchens with limited space. They can fit seamlessly into both home kitchens and commercial settings.
    5. Energy Efficiency: Electric ovens are energy-efficient, and their consistent temperature control can help save on energy costs compared to traditional ovens.
    6. Emissions omissions: Pro-quality pizza that tastes flame-cooked, without the flames or burning fuels

Most of our pizza ovens heat up in 10-20 minutes to about 400C - 500C

Once heated up properly, it only takes 90 seconds or less to make the perfect authentic-tasting pizza.
