I recently purchased my Onni Karu and had done a lot of research prior to purchase. as i just didn’t want to settle for any standard pizza oven. I am so impressed with this oven and the consistent quality pizza it can cook in such ample time with minimal fuel . The product is a high end product and any wood fired pizza lover needs to own one.

I bought this to make wood fired pizza at home and it performs way better than I expected. Works very well with manuka wood chunks. I have made well over 30 delicious pizzas in this oven since purchase. And it easily bakes a pizza in under 2 minutes.

These are so cool , even cooked pork belly in there on a lower temperature, we have found the Farina "OO" flour works the best for making pizza dough , they turn out prefect! & trying to keep the temperature at 400 deg when you cook the pizza
